If you use the Booking a Meeting function to register meetings for enquirers, you can now set up email meeting reminders to be sent automatically beforehand.

Two new sets of system options allow you to fine tune and optimise the capture and management of new enquiry data.

A new chart is available in RedView CRM to allow monitoring of marketing performance and ROI. By Creating an Event & Campaign record and linking it to the enquiry, the chart will provide an overview of the marketing spend and ROI for each event or campaign.

The enquiries data download feature provides the ability to download a list of enquiries within a selected date range. The feature is available via the on-screen options on the enquiries summary screen.

RedView provides an Outlook add in that extracts data from the selected email and uses this data as the basis for creating a new enquiry record.

RedView provides a comprehensive Enquiries Dashboard of analytics to help understand how business development efforts are progressing. If enquiries are not being updated then opportunities may be missed and dashboard statistics can be skewed.

Currently, the source of client and contact information in RedView CRM is from the practice management system that it integrates with. These records can then be tagged with further information in RedView to allow easy identification to include them in marketing lists and with events and campaigns.

Functionality has now been included in RedView CRM to check on potential duplicate names when a new enquiry is added.
