We’ve made a significant enhancement to RedView CRM’s duplicate name checking to make it easier for you to identify and manage existing records.
What’s new?
When a duplicate is found in Clients & Contacts:
You’ll now see any related matters, along with the matter type and the contact’s role on that matter.
Clicking on the matter link takes you directly to the matter record so you can review all details if necessary.
Clicking Select will use the existing contact for your enquiry (as if chosen from the drop-down list).
For best results, remember to hover over the duplicate icon!!
Coming in the next release:
A similar display for duplicate enquiry names found at the bottom of the screen.
The ability to run this duplicate check on existing enquiry records, not just new ones.
Other updates:
Duplicate checking now also applies when adding non-PMS contacts.
This feature is available in the RedView CRM Outlook add-ins.
We believe this improvement will greatly reduce duplicate name creation and could even serve as a preliminary conflict check.
