We’ve also introduced a smarter way to set targets:
Annual budgets can now be distributed based on actual working days, not just calendar months
Daily targets are calculated automatically, taking into account total working days for the year
Monthly targets are then adjusted based on the number of working days in each month
These improvements provide more accurate and consistent budgeting, ensuring performance reporting better reflects actual working patterns across the firm.
