Auto Follow Ups

We’ve enhanced enquiry handling in RedView CRM with Auto Follow Ups, see below.

Previously, you could assign a follow-up date and receive a reminder, ensuring the responsible staff member stayed on track. Now, you can take it a step further:

  • Auto Follow Up Emails: Select an email template, and RedView will automatically send it to the enquirer on the follow-up date.

  • Smart Scheduling: The next follow-up date is automatically set using your firm’s pre-defined rules.

  • Hands-Free Efficiency: Staff don’t need to manually send emails—saving time and ensuring no enquiry slips through the cracks.

  • Flexible Control: Auto Follow Ups can be enabled or disabled across the whole firm, or selectively by user role, giving you full control over when automation is appropriate.

This feature is ideal for enquiries where consistency and speed matter most, while still allowing your team to apply a more personal touch for high-value leads.
