We’ve further enhanced RedView CRM’s duplicate name checking to give you better visibility when adding new enquiries.
Now, if an email address matches one used in a previous enquiry — including the other side’s email address — you’ll see more detailed information. This makes it easier to identify whether the contact is already in the system and avoid creating duplicates.
You can then click on the enquiry name to open it in a new tab, making it easy to quickly review the details before proceeding.
You can now also initiate duplicate name checking against an existing enquiry.
This update helps reduce errors and ensures cleaner data for your firm.
