Outlook Add In Enhancement

The RedView CRM Outlook Existing Enquiries add-in already makes it easy to manage enquiries without leaving your inbox. From within Outlook, you can quickly find an enquiry, update details, add follow-ups, assign to staff, or even drag and drop the email into the record.

We’ve now enhanced this capability by adding full activity history visibility directly inside the add-in.

That means when working with an enquiry, you can not only update records but also instantly see what’s already happened — all the communications, tasks, and follow-ups that give you the full picture.

Key Features:

  • Automatically finds the related enquiry for an email (or select from a drop-down).

  • Update enquiry details directly from Outlook.

  • Log follow-up activities with due dates.

  • Assign the enquiry to the right staff member.

  • Attach documents, including dragging emails straight into the record.
