The September 2021 release of RedView CRM saw several new features incorporated into the product, with a particular focus on automation and integration.

One of the key goals of RedView CRM is to ensure that new client enquires are captured and handled efficiently, to maximise the opportunity for the firm to win the new business. Features in the new release enhance the experience for your new potential client without adding to the workload of already busy staff..

New Enquiry Acknowledgements

When a contact sends their enquiry details to your firm via your website RedView CRM automatically captures the details and creates an enquiry task via the website integration. Now, with the latest enhancement an acknowledgement email can be configured to be sent to the contact to confirm receipt of their enquiry.

The acknowledgement email can be set up by area of law so that, for example, an enquiry for family law could receive an information pack on family matters, while a commercial enquiry could receive a different acknowledgement related to commercial law.

Meeting Bookings

One of the keys to winning new clients is making it easy for the contact to engage with your firm. When an enquiry entry in RedView CRM is actioned to book a follow up meeting you now have the option to generate a calendar invite that can be sent to the contact so they can update their personal calendar. The invite contains the time and location of the meeting as well as the Lawyer who they will be meeting.

The details are sent as an iCalendar attachment which makes it simple for the contact to update their personal calendar. The format and content of the email can be varied by area of law so it can be tailored to the type of enquiry being actioned – so that those early touch points are all easy and positive.

Email Templates

The third automation allows template emails to be set up to be used in the handling of the enquiry. Standard form templates can be used and merged with information from the enquiry record to create a final email to the contact. The process is faster, quality standards are maintained, and the overall process can be more systematic.

Vision 6 Integration

If you are using Vision 6 as your outbound email system - an integration is now available that allows you to utilise your Vision 6 email templates for sending of outbound emails directly from RedView CRM. Vision 6 provides a more sophisticated templating, delivery and control mechanisms for outbound emails and the power of those options are now available to RedView CRM users.

CRM Resource Centre

The success of any software system comes from use and adoption by your users. RedView CRM is even easier for your users to learn and use, with the facility to now access support material directly from within the system. The “Learn More” button is accessible at various places throughout product to provide access to training videos and other support information.
