eStatements

The RedView eStatements module for Open Practice allows your accounts team to make the production and delivery of client debtor statements a completely paperless process.

The module consists of a number of components:

  • A generation process that allows the statements to be automatically emailed, created as a PDF or printed – including an override facility to exclude selected clients. 

  • A log report that records when and how the statement was delivered, highlighting any issue that may have occurred.

  • An extended aged debtor report and a debtors/creditors report that assists in the overall management of debt and prepaid monies.

New Business Intake

The RedView New Business Intake module for Open Practice takes a form based approach to the creation of new records and matters:

  • Enter all information on one screen rather than jumping between OP Screens

  • Create and link client contacts in the one process

  • Immediate validation of fields, with a number of defaults defined to avoid re-keying

  • Simple creation of joint party records

Budgets

The RedView Budgeting module provides the ability to change the traditional monthly fees and hours targets into daily targets, which automatically allow for varying work patterns, holidays and non work periods. 

The module consists of a number of components:

  • A Fee earner maintenance function which allows easy maintenance of a fee earners work pattern

  • A holiday maintenance module to allow public holidays and leave dates to be easily maintained for each fee earner.

  • A one-click generation process that can be executed at any time to turn monthly targets into daily targets quickly and easily.

  • Also incorporated into the RedView BIC, your fee earners will always know their exact targets day by day.
