“I’ve found RedView to be such a valuable tool in my role,” said Michelle. “I’ve been doing loads of training over the last six months with the fee earners and all the different teams. Challenges

“When I started with the firm, it’s fair to say there was little financial awareness. So while our fee earners were doing a great job, the transaction files just keep piling up in LEAP,” said Michelle. “We really needed to clean things up and that’s when we started looking for a better solution - to put a proper process in place. Had we left it, it was going to become hugely stressful for everyone concerned.”

How RedView Helped

“So this year, all the heads of departments sat with me and we did the budgets for the financial year in RedView. It helped me decide what was achievable and what kind of target we were looking at,” said Michelle. “Once we spoke to all members of the team, we then loaded the targets up in RedView and were able to look at our budget chart - everyone’s right on board with the process and it makes such a difference.”

RESULTS, ROI AND FUTURE PLANS

“The impact RedView has made is huge. I’ve been badgering everyone to put the data in and use RedView as much as possible in the leadup to our year-end,” said Michelle. “And we’ve just smashed our target. At the end of the day, Cash is King isn’t it? And the great thing is that the team is excited about making a difference. They’re truly engaged.”
