‘Over the last 18 months or so, we’ve transitioned from a previous Practice Management platform to LEAP, but there were some gaps to fill - particularly in the CRM area. RedView CRM has really helped in this regard, providing us with the ability to handle new enquiries seamlessly.’ Melissa highlights RedView’s integration with LEAP and the functionality it brings to automating the enquiry capture process, ‘It really is that extra piece of the puzzle we needed.’

the perfect test for RedView. We used RedView automation and were able to respond quickly to manage the influx of enquiries and send out the right information packs fast. It showed the value of time-saving with the software - that’s been the biggest benefit so far without a doubt.’
