Enquiry Entry Enhancements

Two new sets of system options allow you to fine tune and optimise the capture and management of new enquiry data.

Firstly, it is now possible to define the following fields as mandatory, so that you can make sure the data you need is captured.

Secondly, you can now define which data is to be captured during the initial capture of a new enquiry, removing clutter and confusion for users as why certain fields appear on the entry screen when they are not required.

Note that these settings only apply when entering a new enquiry. The data can be added later when maintaining the enquiry record.
