An extra Outlook add in option is now available allowing maintenance and follow up activities to be made to existing enquiries directly from within Outlook.
This provides the following capabilities:
The add in will try to find an existing enquiry based on the email address, or otherwise a drop down list is available to find any enquiry.
Key enquiry data can be viewed and updated.
New Activities can be logged.
The enquiry can be re-assigned.
Drag an email onto the document panel to save it against the enquiry.
To install the Outlook add in go to the CRM Resource Centre and select the following panel:
