Existing Enquiry Outlook Add In

An extra Outlook add in option is now available allowing maintenance and follow up activities to be made to existing enquiries directly from within Outlook.

This provides the following capabilities:

  1. The add in will try to find an existing enquiry based on the email address, or otherwise a drop down list is available to find any enquiry.

  2. Key enquiry data can be viewed and updated.

  3. New Activities can be logged.

  4. The enquiry can be re-assigned.

  5. Drag an email onto the document panel to save it against the enquiry.

To install the Outlook add in go to the CRM Resource Centre and select the following panel:
