RedView provides a comprehensive Enquiries Dashboard of analytics to help understand how business development efforts are progressing. If enquiries are not being updated then opportunities may be missed and dashboard statistics can be skewed.
This new chart provides an overview of the active enquiries and areas that might require attention i.e. whether enquiries are being actioned in a timely manner.
The following is the information provided:
Unassigned Enquiries - enquiries that have been recorded in the database but not assigned to anyone to follow up – if they are not assigned they can’t be actioned.
Enquiries Assigned but Not Followed Up - enquiries that have been assigned to a person but no inital follow up has been performed as yet
Enquiries where Follow Up is Overdue - the enquiry has been contacted but subsequent follow up is overdue.
The line in red highlights items that are beyond a reasonable threshold and the three assignees with the most exceptions are shown.
Drilldowns are not available from this chart. To find out details of the individual enquiries go to the Enquiry Summary list and use the various filtering and selection options to drill into the required details.
