A chart is now available that provides a summary of the fees billed v budget by fee earner. The chart provides a convenient overview of performance in a single graph of all fee earners against budget.
The chart brings together performance information for all staff in a single graphical view, avoiding the need to drill into the details to see who is and isn’t performing.
The first 10 fee earners are shown in the chart, which can be expanded by using the expansion icon in the top right hand corner.
Drilling down on the totals provides the information in a tabular format.
The chart has been designed for use by Team or Practice Group leaders where multiple fees earners need to be viewed, with other formats better suited for showing Fees vs Budget performance on the Fee Earner dashboard.
