RedView now extends and enhances the LEAP system in several key areas
RedView BI – a management information dashboard. RedView BI unlocks the information held in the LEAP database and presents key performance indicators in a visual manner that is easy to understand, providing management the ability to easily monitor the performance of the practice and make informed decisions.
RedView Workplace – a framework for delivering customized reporting and other utilities. RedView Workplace allows Red Rain to build customized reports for clients and deliver them securely in the cloud environment. The module also provides a catalog of reports that extends the reporting provided with the LEAP system.
RedView Connect – a tool to provide secure web and mobile access to matters for clients. Seamlessly integrated with LEAP and ideal for a B2B situation, RedView Connect allows clients visibility with their portfolio of matters and for the firm to communicate directly with the client from the desktop.
