RedView CRM provides the ability to attach Tags to client & contact records for use in the creation of marketing lists. Tags are user defined attributes that can be used to segment clients & contacts in any manner required.
Currently, the source of client and contact information in RedView CRM is from the practice management system that it integrates with. These records can then be tagged with further information in RedView to allow easy identification to include them in marketing lists and with events and campaigns.
One of the goals of RedView Acuity is to provide a range of management information to the firm. This includes operational statistics not just financial data.
RedView CRM provides a Location field to capture data against an enquiry. This field is a user defined lookup list and can be used to categorise the enquiry by, most usually, the physical location.
A new chart is available that provides a summary of key performance indicators. The goal is to provide a quick overview of the performance of the firm, office, department, team or individual, depending upon the scope selected on the Firm Dashboard.
A chart is now available that shows billable hours against budget. This is similar to the Hours Recorded vs Budget chart which totals both billable and non-billable hours. In this chart only billable hours are included for analysis.
Often new enquiries come in from existing clients and contacts. A simple way to create an enquiry for an existing contact is to use the switch functionality when entering the enquiry, to look up that contact record:
RedView allows for the grouping of staff into Teams, Departments and Office. When configured this allows the Firm Dashboard to be filtered by an individual group to see the performance of that group.
RedView CRM provides charts on the Enquiries Dashboard that display information about new matters, based upon the information held in the firm's practice management system.
New support and usability features are being introduced as standard across all charts. These are designated by the buttons below and are being introduced to all charts gradually in future software releases.
RedView CRM provides the ability to capture activity notes against a contact. This has now been enhanced to allow categorisation of the activity with a subject and type code, as well as a star rating on the activity. This allows structured searching and analysis.
