RedView allows for the grouping of staff into Teams, Departments and Office. When configured this allows the Firm Dashboard to be filtered by an individual group to see the performance of that group.
New charts are now available that show fees billed versus budget, summarised by group.
The Department summary chart is shown below but charts are also available for Offices and Teams.
The expand button in the top right of the chart can be used to display more than the default first 10 staff.
A drilldown is available from the total, which shows a list of staff and their specific fees vs budget information.
