A chart is available that shows your clients by total billing. This enables you to, at a glance, assess who your top clients are.
The key elements of this chart are the ability to select different periods and compare instantly to the same “previous” period.
For instance, clicking on Last twelve months provides a clear view of top clients for the past year, compared to the previous 12 months. This provides an indication of how your billing trends are changing. Other timeframes are available e.g. the most recent 90 days or for the current Financial Year.
Changing the period selected will likely change the clients represented. By selecting the All timeframe, the chart refreshes to show top clients in the life of the firm.
As with most charts in RedView, you can hover over points of the graph to see more detail and you can also drill down into the chart to see invoices attributed to each client. And by clicking on the Expand Chart icon, you’re able to see the full view of all client records.
