A chart is now available that provides a summary of the matters that have been closed or archived by person acting.
This provides a useful indicator of matter activity in the firm or practice area e.g. conveyancing. It provides a quick oversight of that activity across the selected time period.
It’s also a good indicator that regular housekeeping of the firm’s matters is being attended to.
When used on the Firm Dashboard the chart shows the closed matters for all staff for the firm, office, department or team, depending upon the scope selected.
When used on the Fee Earner Dashboard the chart shows the closed matters for the logged in user only where they are the person acting.
A drill down is available from either the total or each chart element. This will show the details of the closed matters for the area of the chart selected.
