A chart is available that provides a breakdown of the due dates on matters by age.
The chart only shows due dates where the date has NOT been flagged as confirmed. The age is calculated from the difference in days from the due date to today’s date.
The chart groups the due dates by age and shows separate bars for:
Overdue – the due date is yesterday or before;
Today - the due date is today;
Next 7 days – the due date is from tomorrow to 7 days time;
Next 8 – 30 days – the due date is from 8 days from today until 30 days from today;
Later – the due date is greater than 30 days time.
When used on the Firm Dashboard the chart shows the due dates for all staff for the firm, office, department of team, depending upon the scope selected.
The drilldown shows a list of the matters that have due dates either from the total or from one of the individual bars.
When used on the Fee Earner Dashboard the chart provides a handy overview of the users personal matters with due dates outstanding.
