RedView includes a range of charts that provide calculated Matter averages for fees billed and fees estimates for analysis. The breakdown can be dynamically changed to show values by different criteria e.g. matter type, matter category, person acting and person responsible.
Calculation for fee estimate averages only use those matters where a fee estimate has been entered. Calculations for fees billed averages only include closed matters.
The time period displayed can also be changed dynamically. The time period defines the matters to be included in the calculation of the average, based upon the date that the matter was opened.
Principally designed for the Firm Dashboard, the chart shows average calculations for the firm, office, department or team, depending upon the scope selected.
A drilldown is available from the total or from each individual bar on the chart. The drilldown shows a list of the matters associated with the specific area of the chart selected.
