A chart is available that provides an oversight of the hours recorded by staff so that time entry can be easily monitored.
Designed for the Firm Dashboard, various options are available to view time entered by staff. Today and Yesterday views ensure daily inputs can be reviewed quickly, while weekly or monthly views allow longer periods to be monitored.
Billable and Non-Billable time are shown combined however clicking on the legend labels allows the category to be excluded from display.
The callout on the This Week view, will show the hours recorded for each day so that shortfalls can be followed up immediately.
The first 15 staff members are shown. Clicking the expand chart icon will allow more details to be shown in full screen mode.
Drill downs are available on all elements and provide complete timesheet details.
