RedView CRM consists of several product editions that provide solutions specific to your needs. Options are available for Lead Management and Marketing Management. Both are combined into the Enterprise Edition covering all functionality.
LEAD MANAGEMENT
The Lead Management edition focusses on tracking new enquiries and providing tools to better monitor, manage and automate the “sales” process so that you have the best chance of winning the client.
The goal is to provide a central database of all enquiries so that they can be managed. Tools are provided to automate processes, remind on tasks, and analyse performance with potential clients.
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
The Marketing Management edition focusses on managing contact information and marketing capabilities, to better develop the top of the funnel and manage the client relationship. A central database of contacts is provided and tools to easily collect information, track activity and remind on follow ups all available.
OPTIONAL MODULES
Optional extension modules are also available.
Electronic Intake Forms – building customised enquiry and onboarding forms that can be electronically sent to the lead and completed online, streamlining data capture and improving the experience for the potential client.
SMS Integration – providing the ability to send SMS messages and automatic SMS meeting reminders.
