Peter Gillard

Peter has over 15 years working in the legal profession as both a consultant on the vendor side and as a paralegal and various IT roles on the client side. For the last 4 years Peter has worked on developing the Caseflow workflow tool for a midsized law firm in Melbourne. He has experience building Caseflow for a number of areas of law including WorkCover, debt recovery, wills and estates and property. He was also heavily involved in the firm’s successful project to install the Aderant Practice Management System.

Peter’s strength comes from his long career in the legal profession. He has worked with and on all of a law firm’s major systems; document management, document workflow and practice management. He has a strong ability to analyse the needs of a practice and then to be able to meet these needs using various technical tools. He has a strong focus on creating efficiencies for the process driven practice areas in a law firm.
