Peter Holden - Director

Peter is our IT infrastructure specialist and heads up Red Rain IT Solutions. He has 10 years experience working with legal and professional services firms and has been responsible for the definition and roll out of many network and communication projects.

He has detailed experience in Microsoft solutions, IP networks, virtualisation, messaging systems, databases, backup technologies and telephony. His strength is his ability to work with customers to understand their business needs and recommend and implement technologies that meet those needs. While he has wealth of technical knowledge he understands that most people are interested in the solution not the technology and he communicates with customers in that manner, not in techno speak. He has excellent problem solving skills and he will track down the cause of an issue rather than paper over it with a solution that may fall apart later.
