B App. Sc (Comp Sc) Hons – UTS

Dom has been working with legal and professional service firms for over 25 years with a range of different software products, both within Australia and overseas. With over 10 years of working with the Aderant product, he is Red Rain’s guru with this software, however his long experience with the operational management of law firms means he can apply these same principles to any system. Dom’s extensive project management and implementation experience also means that he can lead projects with varying degrees of complexity.

For Aderant, his detailed product knowledge means that he understands the system from the data structure through to the business level and he uses that knowledge to drive the project through. His strength is his ability to listen to clients needs and match the solution to those needs, to minimise unnecessary change and maximise user acceptance.
